Target Restaurants may be added, changed, or removed at the discretion of the Service for operational reasons. Article 2 (Service Description)
- The Service is an information-provision service that detects information such as open seats or cancellation slots at Target Restaurants and notifies Members.
- The Service does not guarantee that reservations will be successfully made or secured. Reservation availability, establishment, changes, and cancellations are subject to the rules of each restaurant or reservation platform.
(1) With respect to making reservations, browsing, or applying for Target Restaurants, Members shall, at their own responsibility and expense, register for, manage accounts for, maintain login status for, complete authentication procedures for, and prepare the usage environment (devices, internet connection, email receiving settings, etc.) for external services designated by or assumed for use with the Service (e.g., omakase, TableCheck, etc.; "External Reservation Services").
(2) The Service does not participate in or guarantee any matters related to External Reservation Services, including member registration eligibility, screening, account suspension/freezing, login issues, specification changes, system failures, displayed content, or success/failure of reservation procedures.
(3) The Service shall not be liable for any disadvantages incurred by Members (including account suspension or reservation cancellation) arising from a Member's violation of the terms, rules, or similar requirements of an External Reservation Service.
- While the Service endeavors to improve the speed and stability of Notifications, delays, non-delivery, duplicate notifications, etc. may occur due to communication environments, specification changes in External Services, congestion, failures, and other reasons.
Article 3 (Registration)
The Service will retain personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of use or as required by law, and will delete it appropriately when no longer needed.

Article 5 (Trial)
- For the first application only, the Service provides a 7-day trial period from the application date.
- If the Member cancels during the Trial Period in accordance with the method prescribed by the Service, no monthly fee will be charged.
- If the Member does not cancel by the end of the Trial Period, the Service will process the first payment pursuant to Article 6.
Article 6 (Payment, Renewal, and Billing Start Date)
- Payments are processed via the payment service provider Stripe.
- The first payment after the Trial Period will, in principle, be processed at around 6:00 a.m. Japan time (which may vary due to processing circumstances).
- Thereafter, unless the Member cancels, the subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions, and payment will, in principle, be processed at around 6:00 a.m. Japan time on the renewal date corresponding to each Member's billing start date.
- The billing start date shall be each Member's first payment date.
Article 7 (Plan Changes / Changes to Target Restaurants)
- Plan changes that reduce the restaurant limit (membership fee) apply from the next renewal date (the following month).
- Plan changes that increase the restaurant limit (membership fee) take effect immediately.
- For plan changes involving an increase, the prorated difference will be charged at the time of the change.
- Changes to the breakdown of Target Restaurants within the same Plan may be made at any time in accordance with the method prescribed by the Service, and will, in principle, be reflected promptly after completion of the change procedure.
- The timing of reflection may vary depending on system circumstances or the status of External Services.

- Cancellation during the Trial Period is free of charge. After the Trial Period, cancellation is reflected by stopping the next renewal, depending on the timing of cancellation.
- Except as required by applicable laws, the Service will not refund any monthly fees already paid (as the Service is a monthly information-provision service and preparation/operations are incurred regardless of actual use).
- Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a clear administrative error by the Service is recognized (e.g., duplicate charges), the Service will provide refunds or other remedies within a reasonable scope.

- Even where the Service is liable, the maximum liability shall be limited to the monthly fee (excluding tax) paid by the Member to the Service for the most recent one (1) month (except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence).
- Even if a Member cannot complete a reservation procedure or a reservation is not established due to deficiencies in the Member's registration, login, authentication, payment, communication environment, or similar matters relating to External Reservation Services, the Service shall not be liable.
Article 14 (Suspension / Termination of Membership)
If a Member violates these Terms or if the Service deems the Member inappropriate, the Service may suspend the Member's use or terminate the Member's membership without prior notice.
