This document explains the mechanism and philosophy of Flash Reserve — Shunyaku as accurately as possible.
Please use it as guidance during your trial period.

What is Flash Reserve —瞬約?

Flash Reserve —瞬約 is a notification service. When availability such as cancellations appears at selected restaurants, we retrieve that information as quickly as possible and notify members. We do not provide reservation agency services, and we do not perform automatic bookings.

Why was this service created?

In the world of hard-to-book restaurants, "whether you can know the exact moment an opening appears" is the first major dividing line.
Flash Reserve —瞬約 was created to break away from meals that depend on being taken to a coveted seat by someone you know, and to return you to a position where you can secure reservations under your own name.
You reserve under your own name, you are welcomed by your own name, and you build a relationship by sharing time with the restaurant.
To stand at that entrance, you first need to gain the position of "being able to book for yourself."
Flash Reserve —瞬約 was created to make that first step possible.

Is this a service that automatically books reservations for me?

No. We do not provide reservation agency services, and we do not perform automatic bookings.
After you receive a notification, all decisions and reservation actions are done entirely by you.

What kind of notifications will I receive?

When availability (such as cancellations) appears at selected restaurants, you will receive notifications based on your settings at signup.
Notifications include the restaurant name and information needed to access the reservation page (the displayed items may change for operational reasons).

How fast are the notifications?

After an opening occurs, we retrieve the information and send notifications immediately—typically within approximately 0 to 3 seconds.
As a guideline for delivery to members: LINE is received almost simultaneously, while email is generally received a few seconds to about 30 seconds later. (This may vary depending on network conditions, congestion, and other factors.)

Do you guarantee I can book 100% of the time?

No. Results vary due to external factors such as seat count, popularity, and simultaneous access by others.
What Flash Reserve —瞬約 provides is not a booking guarantee, but informational advantage and the right to choose.

Do I need to register for omakase / TableCheck?

Yes.
To make reservations, you must register and prepare to log in to external reservation services such as omakase / TableCheck on your own.

Can I see data showing "which restaurants have how many cancellation openings"?

Yes.
Since this is one of the most important points for members, we provide a separate table showing cancellation activity by restaurant for the last two months. Please refer to it via "this link."
For reference, per month:
Total cancellation notifications: over 200 notifications/month (total number of cancellation notifications from all restaurants)
Total cancellation openings: over 350 openings/month (one notification may include multiple dates; this is the total number of openings)
Total seats: over 500 seats/month in aggregate (each opening may include multiple seats; this is the total)

Which restaurants are included as selected restaurants?

Flash Reserve —瞬約 selects exceptionally high-value, hard-to-book restaurants listed on external reservation services (omakase / TableCheck).

  • Selected restaurants may be added, replaced, or updated to maintain quality and value.

Can I choose which restaurants I want to receive notifications for?

Yes.
You can set your notification restaurants within the limits of your subscribed plan.

Can I swap restaurants (change the lineup) within the same plan?

Yes. You may do so at any time using the method specified by our service. In principle, changes are reflected promptly after the procedure is completed.
※Reflection timing may be slightly delayed (typically a few minutes) due to system factors or external service conditions.

Please tell me about plan pricing. Is there a limit on the number of notifications?

Yes.
Plans are determined by the maximum number of restaurants you can set for notifications, as follows (monthly fee, tax excluded).
Once you set restaurants within your plan, notifications from those restaurants are delivered with no cap on the number of notifications.
LINE Notifications (monthly fee, tax included)
Up to 10 restaurants: 165,000 JPY
Up to 20 restaurants: 330,000 JPY
Up to 30 restaurants: 440,000 JPY
Up to 40 restaurants: 550,000 JPY
All restaurants (fixed even if more are added): 660,000 JPY

Email Notifications (monthly fee, tax included)
Up to 10 restaurants: 66,000 JPY
Up to 20 restaurants: 132,000 JPY
Up to 30 restaurants: 176,000 JPY
Up to 40 restaurants: 220,000 JPY
All restaurants (fixed even if more are added): 264,000 JPY

What are the rules for plan changes (increasing/decreasing the restaurant-limit)?

In accordance with the Terms of Use:
1 A plan change that decreases your restaurant-limit (membership fee) applies from your next renewal date (the following month).
2 A plan change that increases your restaurant-limit (membership fee) applies immediately.
3 When increasing, the pro-rated difference is charged at the time of the change.
4 Lineup changes within the same plan are allowed at any time and are generally reflected promptly.
5 Reflection timing may vary depending on system factors or external service conditions.

What is the difference between LINE notifications and email notifications?

If you prioritize immediacy, LINE is recommended. If you prioritize cost, email is recommended. Please choose based on your purpose.
You may also subscribe to both—for example, use LINE for the restaurants you care about most, and email for the others.

Is there a trial period?

Yes.
For first-time members only, we offer a 7-day trial period so you can confirm speed and experience.

When will the first payment be processed after the trial period ends?

After the trial period ends, the first payment is processed around 6:00 AM Japan time.
(This may vary depending on circumstances.)

When is the monthly billing renewal date?

Your billing cycle is based on your individual first payment date. Unless you cancel, the subscription renews automatically each month under the same conditions.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes.
You can cancel via the member page and related procedures.
If you cancel during the trial period, no first payment will be processed.

Where can I contact you?

We accept inquiries via the email address listed on the website, and we reply within 36 hours in principle.
