Yes. You can cancel via the member page and related procedures. If you cancel during the trial period, no first payment will be processed.

We accept inquiries via the email address listed on the website, and we reply within 36 hours in principle.

When is the monthly billing renewal date?

Your billing cycle is based on your individual first payment date. Unless you cancel, the subscription renews automatically each month under the same conditions.

When will the first payment be processed after the trial period ends?

After the trial period ends, the first payment is processed around 6:00 AM Japan time.
(This may vary depending on circumstances.)

Is there a trial period?

Yes.
For first-time members only, we offer a 2-day trial period so you can confirm speed and experience.

What is the difference between LINE notifications and email notifications?

If you prioritize immediacy, LINE is recommended. If you prioritize cost, email is recommended. Please choose based on your purpose.
You may also subscribe to both—for example, use LINE for the restaurants you care about most, and email for the others.

What are the rules for plan changes (increasing/decreasing the restaurant-limit)?

In accordance with the Terms of Use:
1 A plan change that decreases your restaurant-limit (membership fee) applies from your next renewal date (the following month).
2 A plan change that increases your restaurant-limit (membership fee) applies immediately.
3 When increasing, the pro-rated difference is charged at the time of the change.
4 Lineup changes within the same plan are allowed at any time and are generally reflected promptly.
5 Reflection timing may vary depending on system factors or external service conditions.

Please tell me about plan pricing. Is there a limit on the number of notifications?

Yes. Your plan is determined by the maximum number of restaurants you can monitor. Within your selected plan, notifications are sent without any limit on the number you can receive.

Can I swap restaurants (change the lineup) within the same plan?

Yes. You may do so at any time using the method specified by our service. In principle, changes are reflected promptly after the procedure is completed.
※Reflection timing may be slightly delayed (typically a few minutes) due to system factors or external service conditions.

Can I choose which restaurants I want to receive notifications for?

Yes.
You can set your notification restaurants within the limits of your subscribed plan.

what are Bundled Restaurants?

Bundled Restaurants are a subset of the Target Restaurants that are automatically included as notification targets from the time of application, separate from the restaurants selected by the member under their chosen plan.A list of attached stores can be found on the following page.

Can I see data showing "which restaurants have how many cancellation openings"?

As this is the point our valued members are most interested in, we have provided the cancellation slot occurrence status for the past two months (by restaurant) in a separate table on the page below.

Cancellation Notifications

Do I need to register for omakase / TableCheck?

Yes.
To make reservations, you must register and prepare to log in to external reservation services such as omakase / TableCheck on your own.

Do you guarantee I can book 100% of the time?

No. Results vary due to external factors such as seat count, popularity, and simultaneous access by others.
What Flash Reserve —瞬約 provides is not a booking guarantee, but informational advantage and the right to choose.

How fast are the notifications?

After an opening occurs, we retrieve the information and send notifications immediately—typically within approximately 0 to 3 seconds.
As a guideline for delivery to members: LINE is received almost simultaneously, while email is generally received a few seconds to about 30 seconds later. (This may vary depending on network conditions, congestion, and other factors.)

What kind of notifications will I receive?

When availability (such as cancellations) appears at selected restaurants, you will receive notifications based on your settings at signup.
Notifications include the restaurant name and information needed to access the reservation page (the displayed items may change for operational reasons).

Is this a service that automatically books reservations for me?

No. We do not provide reservation agency services, and we do not perform automatic bookings.
After you receive a notification, all decisions and reservation actions are done entirely by you.

Why was this service created?

In the world of hard-to-book restaurants, "whether you can know the exact moment an opening appears" is the first major dividing line.
Flash Reserve —瞬約 was created to break away from meals that depend on being taken to a coveted seat by someone you know, and to return you to a position where you can secure reservations under your own name.
You reserve under your own name, you are welcomed by your own name, and you build a relationship by sharing time with the restaurant.
To stand at that entrance, you first need to gain the position of "being able to book for yourself."
