Monthly fees for each plan are as stated on the service application page and in the Terms of Service.

Displayed prices are inclusive of tax.

• Internet connection fees, communication charges, and similar costs (borne by the customer)

• Credit card (Payment service provider: Stripe)

• After the end of the 7-day free trial period following the initial application
• In principle, the first payment is processed at around 6:00 a.m. Japan time
• Thereafter, unless canceled, the subscription automatically renews and payment is processed at around 6:00 a.m. Japan time on the date corresponding to each Member's billing start date

A 7-day free trial period is provided for the first application only.

If canceled during the trial period, no fee will be charged.

• Members may cancel at any time in accordance with the method prescribed by the Service.
• After the trial period, cancellation is reflected by stopping the next renewal.
• Due to the nature of the Service, no refunds will be provided for monthly fees already paid, except as required by law.

As this is a monthly information-provision service, returns are not accepted.

However, if a clear administrative error by the Service is recognized (e.g., duplicate charges), the Service will provide refunds within a reasonable scope.

• The Service notifies Members of information such as open seats or cancellation slots at Target Restaurants and does not guarantee the establishment or securing of reservations.
• The Service will make best efforts regarding immediacy, completeness, and accuracy of Notifications; however, delays, non-delivery, etc. may occur due to communication environments, specification changes in External Services, failures, and other reasons.

As the Service is membership-based and invitation-only, the number of members is limited.

The Service may refuse to approve an application at its discretion for operational reasons.
